Philippines tourist visa:
- Scanned colour copy of the passport (First page & last page, observation page, if applicable). The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India.
- Scanned copy of your Aadhaar card and PAN card.
- 2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a pure white background with matte-finish size (size 2 inch x 2 inch) (Note: Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.)
- Digital Signature.
- Confirmed return air tickets.
- Hotel confirmation details.
- Bank statements reflecting transactions of the last 6 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official on each and every page of the statement.
- Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years.
- Credit card copy and last 3 months statement.
- Covering letter mentioning details of travel, details of the traveller, purpose of visit and duration of stay. The letter should be duly signed by an authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to the ‘Visa Officer Consulate General Republic of the Philippines, Mumbai’.
Note: The cover letter must be on company letterhead if the applicant is self-employed, and on plain paper if he/she is an employee of any firm.
Additional documents required for the Philippines E-Visa:
If the applicant is employed:
• Salary slips for the last 3 months.
• Original leave letter from employer duly signed by authorised signatory with company name & stamp (With employee designation, name, start date and end date on it).
• Salary account bank statements for last 6 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official.
• Copy of Company ID card.
If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:
• Certificate of registration of the company / Certificate of Incorporation (MOA / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership etc).
(Note: If the registration is in the local language, then it must be translated into English for Rs 100 Stamp Paper).
• Covering letter on the company letterhead.
• Income tax returns for the last 3 years.
• Updated current & personal account statements for the last 6 months, duly attested and signed by a bank official on every page.
If the applicant is invited (Philippines Family / Friend / Another member):
• Invitation letter from the invitee with duly signed (Mentioning purpose of travel, travel dates, passport details).
• Passport & visa copy of the Invitee.
• Address proof (Utility bill or tenancy agreement).
