Activity Overview

  • Waterbom Bali is a boutique botanical waterpark located in the heart of Kuta, Bali. Opened in 1993, the park combines world-class water slides, tropical gardens, family attractions, relaxation areas, restaurants, and eco-friendly design across more than 5 hectares of landscaped space. More than half of the park is preserved as green space, with rides and attractions built around existing flora and fauna rather than replacing them.

Important Information

Activity Policies
Waterbom Bali officially requires all guests to follow these park activity and safety policies:
  1. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Waterbom states it provides a safe environment but assumes no responsibility for injuries inside the park.
  2. Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  3. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
  4. Pets are prohibited inside the park.
  5. Proper swimwear is required for all rides and slides.
  6. The following are not permitted on slides: Jewelry, Glasses, Jeans or denim, Loose clothing
  7. Swimwear with metal decorations or zippers
  8. Strict height and weight restrictions apply on attractions according to international safety standards.
  9. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
  10. Guests with pregnancy, heart conditions, chronic back problems, recent surgery, or other medical conditions are advised not to use waterslides.
  11. Tickets and gazebo bookings are non-refundable.
  12. Same-day re-entry (“pass out”) is permitted with authorization at exit.
  13. Waterbom may temporarily close attractions during severe weather or operational issues.
  14. Guests may be photographed or filmed inside the park for promotional purposes.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Waterbom takes all care to ensure a safe environment however Waterbom assumes no responsibility for any injury sustained through any means within the park. Waterbom Bali may provide assistance however this will not be an implied admission of liability in any way.
  2. Waterbom encourages all guests to secure their valuables at all times. Waterbom assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  3. Entry and access to use of services and facilities is governed by the inclusions listed for the ticket type purchased.
  4. Waterbom reserves the right to use any photograph/video of any guest captured within the park for promotion purposes without any additional approval or consent from the guest or compensation to the guest.
  5. Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances.
  6. Gazebo bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be rescheduled (subject to availability) up to 48 hours prior to visit date. If guests do not honor their gazebo booking on their scheduled visit date, there will be no refunds or rescheduling and the gazebo booking will be forfeited.
  7. General Admission 1-Day tickets entitle the ticket holder to access to the park, use all slides and pools only.
  8. Unless specifically stated in your ticket inclusions, the following services and facilities are charged separately: Towel hire, Lockers, Gazebos, Euro-Bungy, Water Blaster, FlowRider, Spa Services and Food & Beverage.
  9. Pass outs for same-day re-entry are permitted.
  10. Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  11. No outside food or drinks can be brought into the park.
  12. Pets are not allowed into the Park.
  13. Use of Waterslides are not recommended for the following guests:
  14.  Those knowing or suspecting they suffer from chronic health conditions or an impairment which could place them and/or others at risk of injury
  15.  Those who have recently undergone surgery
  16.  Women during pregnancy
  17.  Those with chronic back and heart conditions
  18. When using waterslides the following are not permitted:
  19.  Jewelry of any kind
  20.  T-shirt and bathing suits with metal decoration
  21.  Cut-off jeans
  22.  Glasses
  23. Strict height and weight restrictions apply for our slides to maintain guest safety according to International Standards. We reserve the right to refuse slide access to any guests which might put the guest at risk due to guest's weight or height. Our staff may ask guests to confirm weight at the entry to the park or slides.
  24. Hawkers are not permitted in the park
  25. In the event of severe weather conditions, mechanical or other operational difficulties, it may become necessary to temporarily close the pools and attractions. Within this time guests are advised to seek appropriate shelter.
  26. All ticket packages, rates and related terms and conditions of sale and use can be changed without notice.
Cancellation Policy
  1. “Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances.”
  2. Gazebo bookings are: Non-refundable - Non-transferable
  3. Can only be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the visit date, subject to availability.
  4. If guests do not arrive on the scheduled booking date, the gazebo reservation is forfeited with no refund or reschedule.
  5. Waterbom may temporarily close attractions because of severe weather or operational issues, but the official policy does not guarantee refunds for these interruptions.
Non-Refundable

This activity cannot be cancelled or modified once booked.
