Activity Policies

  3. Children should remain under adult supervision at all times throughout the resort.
  4. Certain rides and attractions may have height, age, or health restrictions for safety purposes.
  5. Appropriate swimwear is required for entry into the water park attractions.
  6. Outside food and beverages may be restricted except for baby food or special dietary requirements.
  7. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas within the resort.
  8. Dangerous items, sharp objects, alcohol, drones, and prohibited substances are not allowed inside the premises.
  9. Visitors are requested to follow ride instructions, queue systems, and safety guidelines provided by park staff at all times.
  10. Photography for personal use is allowed; commercial filming or professional photography may require prior approval.
  11. Some rides, attractions, or shows may temporarily close without prior notice due to maintenance, weather conditions, or operational requirements.
  12. Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, hats, and extra clothes for water activities are recommended for a better experience.
  13. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Admission tickets are valid only for the selected date and operating hours stated on the ticket or booking confirmation.
  2. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be resold or duplicated.
  3. Visitors must keep their admission tickets or e-vouchers available for inspection throughout the visit.
  4. Entry may be denied to guests carrying prohibited items or violating park regulations and safety rules.
  5. Certain attractions, rides, and activities are subject to height, age, weight, and health restrictions for safety purposes.
  6. The resort reserves the right to modify operating hours, attraction availability, entertainment schedules, or ticket prices without prior notice.
  7. Some rides or attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, weather conditions, or operational requirements.
  8. Visitors are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, and the management will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  9. Photography and videography for personal use are permitted; commercial use requires prior written approval from management.
  10. Guests must follow all instructions provided by park staff and comply with all safety regulations during rides and activities.
  11. Outside food, alcohol, hazardous items, weapons, drones, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the resort premises.
  12. The management reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund or compensation.
  13. By entering the resort, visitors agree to comply with all terms, safety measures, operational policies, and park regulations established by the management.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Confirmed tickets are generally non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable once the booking has been completed.
  2. No refund or compensation will be provided for partially used, missed, or unused tickets and attractions.
  3. Any request for cancellation, modification, or rescheduling is subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket provider or travel operator.
  4. In the event of temporary ride closures, weather disruptions, maintenance, or operational changes, refunds may not be guaranteed unless officially approved by management.
  5. Guests arriving late or failing to utilize their tickets on the selected visit date may not be eligible for refunds or date changes.
  6. Promotional tickets, combo packages, discounted offers, and special event tickets may carry separate cancellation restrictions and conditions.
  7. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the payment method and policies of the authorized booking platform.
  8. The resort reserves the right to amend cancellation policies and operational procedures without prior notice.
