Activities and Conduct:

  • Children: Children under 15 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times. 
  • Prohibited Items: Outside food, beverages, alcohol, glass containers, and pets are not allowed in the park. 
  • Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. 
  • Re-entry: Re-entry requires the purchase of a new ticket, as there is a one-entry, one-exit policy. 
  • Weather Closure: Attractions and pools may close during unsafe weather conditions like strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning. If attractions cannot reopen before 5 pm, guests will receive a free ticket for a future visit, valid for 30 days. 
  • Ride Restrictions: Some rides may have height or weight restrictions, and some may require specific types of swimwear. 
  • Pool and Slide Attire: Swimwear should be designed for pool use, lined, and non-transparent. Swimwear with zippers, buckles, studs, or metal attachments is not allowed for slides. Spandex, lycra, or rash guard shirts are recommended for slides. 
  • Dress Code: Visible undergarments, swimwear with profanity, vulgar images, or offensive language are not permitted. Tattoos must also be inoffensive.

  • General Rules: Guests must consent to and follow all terms, conditions, rules, regulations, and instructions upon entering the park. 
  • Supervision: Children under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). 
  • Prohibited Items: Outside food, beverages, alcohol, glass containers, and pets are not allowed. 
  • Conduct: Running, rough play, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. 
  • Smoking: Permitted only in designated areas.
  • Responsibility for Damages: Guests are responsible for damages they cause due to negligence. 
  • CCTV Surveillance: The park uses CCTV for security, including audio recording. 
  • Swimwear: Swimwear should be appropriate for pool use, lined, and non-transparent, without metal decorations. 
  • Jewelry/Accessories: Jewelry, watches, eyeglasses (unless secured), and loose articles are not allowed on rides. 
  • Weather Closures: Attractions may close during unsafe weather, and tickets may be offered for a future visit under specific conditions. 
  • Ticket Refunds: Tickets for this promotion can be refunded if requested before visiting the park. 
  • Weight Limits: Some slides have a weight limit of 135kg per person. 
  • Free Entry for Children: Children below 106cm in height can enter for free.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
