  • Animal Interaction: Visitors are not allowed to feed or tease the animals, and should not attempt to touch them. Unless on designated feeding grounds or accompanied by park staff, maintaining a safe distance is crucial. 
  • Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, are not permitted within the park. 
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons (including replicas and toys), potentially dangerous items, balloons, and recreational devices like drones are not allowed. 
  • Dress Code: A modest dress code is expected, with shoulders and knees covered, especially in areas where animals are present. 
  • Accessibility: Guests with disabilities are provided with designated parking and facilities. 
  • General Safety: Visitors are expected to respect the park's facilities and follow instructions from park staff. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. 
  • Minors: Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 
  • Photography: Flash photography is generally not permitted, especially around animals, to avoid causing them stress. 
  • Littering: Littering is prohibited throughout the park.

  • Attire: Visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, with shoulders and knees covered. 
  • Animal Welfare: Guests must respect the animals and park facilities, including not feeding or teasing them, and not littering. 
  • Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages (including alcohol), pets (except service animals), scooters, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, balloons, balls, toy guns, and flash photography are not allowed inside the park. 
  • Children: Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 
  • Staff Instructions: Visitors are expected to follow staff instructions and not enter restricted areas. 
  • Liability: Dubai Safari Park is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, personal injury, or loss of life, except where caused by their negligence. 
  • Smoking: Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. 
  • No-shows: Failure to attend the booked activity results in forfeiture of the booking without refund or credit. 
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
