Activity Policies
A valid admission ticket is required for paid attractions and experiences. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Admission tickets allow access to applicable attractions and areas, except services that require an additional fee.
Children under 140 cm in height and children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Outside food and beverages are prohibited, except food intended for children or visitors with special dietary requirements.
Live animals, weapons, explosives, and other prohibited items are not permitted inside the attraction.
Locker facilities are available near the entrance for storing personal belongings.
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. Smoking in non-designated areas may result in a restoration fee.
Commercial photography and filming require prior approval from the management.
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
Guests must follow all safety instructions and staff guidance. The management reserves the right to remove visitors who violate park regulations without refund.
Activities that violate Vietnamese law, disturb other guests, damage property, gamble, use banned substances, or engage in violent or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using any Grand World Phú Quốc service, guests agree to comply with the official Terms & Conditions and park regulations.
A valid ticket or electronic QR code is required for admission to paid attractions and is valid only for the date, attraction, and conditions specified at the time of purchase.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or used by another person.
Ticket categories are determined by height, and guests may be required to present identification or undergo height verification where applicable.
Admission includes only the attractions and services specified on the purchased ticket. Certain experiences, performances, and premium services require an additional fee.
Guests must comply with all safety rules, attraction restrictions, and staff instructions. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates regulations or behaves in a manner that endangers others or disrupts operations, without refund.
Outside food and beverages, pets, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, and other prohibited items are not permitted, except food for infants or guests with special dietary or medical needs.
Commercial photography, filming, or drone operations require prior written approval from Grand World management.
Grand World may modify, suspend, or close attractions, performances, or services due to maintenance, weather, safety, operational requirements, or force majeure without prior notice.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, and Grand World is not liable for loss or damage except as required by law.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed ticket bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. Once payment is successfully completed, the booking is considered final.
Tickets cannot be transferred to another person or used on a different date unless specifically permitted under the ticket's terms.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events). Any refund, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement is at the sole discretion of Grand World/VinWonders management.
Attractions, shows, or services may be modified, suspended, or cancelled due to weather, maintenance, technical issues, safety concerns, or operational requirements without prior notice. Such changes do not automatically entitle guests to a refund.
Guests are advised to review their travel plans carefully before purchasing tickets, as confirmed bookings are generally final.
