  • VinWonders Phú Quốc is Vietnam's largest theme park and one of Asia's leading entertainment destinations, located within the Phu Quoc United Center on Bai Dai Beach in northern Phú Quốc Island. Spanning nearly 50 hectares, the park is divided into six immersive themed zones inspired by world civilizations, fairy tales, myths, and adventure.

Activity Policies
  • A valid admission ticket is required to enter and access attractions.
  • Admission includes access to most rides and themed zones; selected premium experiences and services may incur additional charges.
  • Children under 140 cm and those under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except food for infants or guests with special dietary needs.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the park.
  • Weapons, explosives, flammable items, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and portable speakers are prohibited.
  • Locker facilities are available near the entrance for storing personal belongings.
  • Many attractions have specific height, weight, age, and health requirements, and guests must follow posted safety instructions.
  • Pregnant guests and visitors with certain medical conditions may be restricted from participating in some attractions.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
  • Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval from park management.
  • Visitors must follow staff instructions and park regulations. Guests who violate the rules may be removed from the park without a ticket refund.
Terms & Conditions
  • By booking or using any VinWonders service, guests agree to comply with the official Terms of Use and Park Regulations.
  • A valid ticket or electronic QR code is required for admission and is valid only under the conditions specified at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or used by another person.
  • Ticket categories are determined by height: Under 100 cm: Free admission, 100–140 cm: Child ticket, Over 140 cm: Adult ticket
  • Senior tickets require proof of eligibility where applicable.
  • Admission includes access to rides and attractions according to park regulations, except for services or experiences that require an additional fee.
  • Guests must comply with all park regulations, ride restrictions, and staff instructions. VinWonders reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates these rules without providing a refund.
  • Outside food and beverages, live animals, weapons, explosives, bicycles, roller skates, and sound-emitting equipment are prohibited, except food for children or guests with special dietary requirements.
  • VinWonders may modify, suspend, or close attractions or services due to maintenance, safety, operational requirements, technical issues, or force majeure without prior notice.
  • Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, and locker facilities are available for use.
  • VinWonders may collect and use guests' facial images for security, safety, and service quality purposes in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Policy.
Cancellation Policy
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted once a booking or ticket purchase has been confirmed.
  • A transaction is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed, regardless of whether the guest uses the ticket or service.
  • Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other exceptional circumstances) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refund or alternative resolution is at VinWonders' sole discretion.
  • Any decision regarding exceptions to the cancellation policy will be communicated directly to the customer by VinWonders.
  • Guests are advised to carefully review their travel plans before purchasing tickets, as confirmed bookings are generally final.
