Activity Policies
  • Valid ticket required for entry; keep your ticket/QR code for admission.
  • Cable car rides are included with the standard admission ticket.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the park.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the resort.
  • Luggage storage is available for visitors.
  • Children under 1 meter in height enter free; child and adult ticket categories are based on height.
  • Some attractions (e.g., Wax Museum and certain prize games) require an additional fee.
  • Da Nang resident discounts require valid identification at the entrance.
  • Visitors must follow safety instructions and staff guidance when using cable cars and amusement rides.
Terms & Conditions
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable after purchase, except in special cases such as force majeure or operational disruptions announced by Sun World.
  • Electronic tickets (QR codes) are accepted for entry; printing is not required.
  • Tickets are valid only under the conditions stated at purchase, and visitor categories (adult/child) are determined by height.
  • Standard admission includes cable car access and selected attractions such as the Golden Bridge, Fantasy Park, and Moon Castle; Wax Museum and some prize games require an additional fee.
  • Children under 1 m in height receive free admission, while children 1 m–1.4 m qualify for child tickets and visitors over 1.4 m are charged the adult rate.
  • Da Nang resident discounts require valid identification at the entrance and cannot be transferred to non-residents.
  • Visitors must comply with park regulations and safety instructions when using cable cars, rides, and other facilities.
  • Outside food, beverages, and pets are generally not permitted inside the park to help maintain hygiene and the visitor experience.
Cancellation Policy
  • No cancellation, refund, or date change is allowed once a ticket has been purchased.
  • Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure, such as severe weather or operational disruptions announced by Sun World. In such cases, the applicable policy will be communicated at the time of the incident.
  • Visitors are strongly advised to check their travel plans carefully before booking.
