  3. Photography for personal use is allowed, but flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, and bulky photography equipment are prohibited unless otherwise stated. Filming requires prior permission.
  4. Visitors may interact only with designated interactive exhibits. Do not touch artworks marked "Do Not Touch."
  5. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the exhibition galleries. Food purchased from the museum's outlets may only be consumed in designated café areas.
  6. Guests should switch mobile phones to silent mode and avoid talking loudly inside the galleries.
  7. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the museum premises. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  8. During busy periods, visitors may be asked to remove backpacks and carry them by hand to help protect the exhibits.
  9. Only registered service/guide dogs are permitted inside the museum. Other animals are not allowed.
  10. Visitors displaying abusive, threatening, violent, or disruptive behaviour may be refused entry or asked to leave the museum.

  7. The museum is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas.
  8. Visitors may be subject to security screening, including inspection of bags, clothing, and personal belongings. Refusal to undergo screening may result in denied entry or removal from the premises.
  9. The right of admission is reserved. Visitors removed from the museum or denied entry are not entitled to a ticket refund.
  10. Visitors who damage museum property or artworks may be held liable for all resulting losses, damages, and legal costs.
  11. Merchandise related to museum events may only be sold by parties authorized by Marina Bay Sands. Unauthorized resale is prohibited.
  12. Last ticket sales are generally at 6:00 PM (museum closes at 7:00 PM), unless otherwise stated. Different timings may apply for special events.
  13. Tickets are subject to availability, may not be resold or redistributed, and there is no refund or exchange on unused tickets. Marina Bay Sands reserves the right to deny entry for breaches of the terms and to modify promotions or ticket conditions without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
  2. Tickets are non-exchangeable and cannot be changed after purchase, except at the sole discretion of Marina Bay Sands.
  3. No refund or exchange is provided for unused tickets or if you do not visit on your booked date.
  4. Tickets are valid only for the selected date and timed entry (where applicable).
  5. In exceptional circumstances, Marina Bay Sands may consider a refund. Any refund request must be submitted in writing, and approval is entirely at their discretion.
  6. If a refund is approved, it is generally processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  7. Visitors who are refused entry or removed for violating the Conditions of Entry are not entitled to a refund.
  8. Marina Bay Sands reserves the right to modify ticket policies and conditions without prior notice.
