To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Day 2 AUCKLAND – WAITOMO – ROTORUA
After breakfast, depart for Rotorua through the scenic Waikato countryside. En route, visit the famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves. Enjoy a guided tour through spectacular limestone formations followed by an underground boat ride beneath thousands of tiny glowworms illuminating the cavern roof. Day 5 AUCKLAND – QUEENSTOWN – SKYLINE GONDOLA & LUGE RIDE

After an early breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Queenstown, known as the “Adventure Capital of the World.” Upon arrival, proceed for one of Queenstown's most iconic experiences.

Board the Skyline Gondola to Bob's Peak and enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. At the top, experience an exciting Luge ride along a purpose-built scenic track. Later, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight in Queenstown.

Day 6 QUEENSTOWN – JET BOAT RIDE – ARROWTOWN

Day 7 QUEENSTOWN – MILFORD SOUND CRUISE

After an early breakfast, set off for a full-day excursion to Milford Sound, one of New Zealand's most spectacular natural wonders. Travel along the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden and continue through scenic countryside towards Lake Te Anau.

Arrive at Milford Sound, a majestic fiord surrounded by towering cliffs and lush rainforest. Board your cruise and glide through pristine waters while enjoying spectacular views of Mitre Peak and the thundering Bowen Falls. After the cruise, retrace your scenic route back to Queenstown.
