To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.
Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:
- 21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
- 20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
- 14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
- 7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
- 3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost
For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

- Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
- As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
- Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

After breakfast, proceed for the Agrodome Sheep Show and Farm Tour. Enjoy an entertaining New Zealand farm experience featuring sheepdog demonstrations, cow milking, and an introduction to the country's famous sheep industry.
Later, visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve, home to the spectacular Pohutu Geyser. Explore the reserve's bubbling mud pools, hot springs, and fascinating geothermal landscapes while experiencing the unique Maori culture and heritage of the region. Return to the hotel and overnight in Rotorua.

After breakfast, depart for Auckland. Upon arrival, proceed for a city orientation tour of Auckland, New Zealand's largest and most vibrant city, covering some of its prominent landmarks.
Later, visit the iconic Sky Tower and enjoy breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Auckland city, its sparkling harbours, and surrounding volcanic landscapes. Return to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight in Auckland.

After an early breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Queenstown, known as the “Adventure Capital of the World.” Upon arrival, proceed for one of Queenstown's most iconic experiences.
Board the Skyline Gondola to Bob's Peak and enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. At the top, experience an exciting Luge ride along a purpose-built track with twists and turns. Later, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight in Queenstown.

After breakfast, proceed for an adrenaline-pumping Jet Boat Ride through the scenic waterways surrounding Queenstown.
Later, depart for Arrowtown, a beautifully preserved 19th-century gold-mining village. Explore its charming streets, heritage buildings, and boutiques nestled beside the Arrow River. Visit the famous Bungee Jumping site before returning to Queenstown. Overnight in Queenstown.

After an early breakfast, set off for a full-day excursion to Milford Sound, one of New Zealand's most spectacular natural wonders. Travel along the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden and continue through the scenic countryside towards Lake Te Anau.
Arrive at Milford Sound, a majestic fiord surrounded by towering cliffs and lush rainforest. Board your cruise and glide through pristine waters while enjoying spectacular views of Mitre Peak and the thundering Bowen Falls. After the cruise, retrace your scenic route back to Queenstown.

After breakfast, depart Queenstown for Franz Josef. Travel through the spectacular Haast Pass, winding through dense rainforests, scenic rivers, and the magnificent Southern Alps.
Upon arrival in Franz Josef, check in to your accommodation and enjoy the remainder of the evening at leisure in this stunning glacial region. Overnight in Franz Josef.

After breakfast, journey along the scenic West Coast towards Hokitika, a charming town renowned for its greenstone and local arts. Enjoy a photo stop at Hokitika before continuing your journey.
Later, board the world-renowned TranzAlpine Scenic Train, one of New Zealand's most spectacular rail journeys. Sit back and enjoy breathtaking views as the train travels through the Southern Alps, alpine forests, sweeping river valleys, and dramatic mountain gorges towards Arthur's Pass.
From Arthur's Pass, continue by road to Christchurch, known as the “Garden City” of New Zealand. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight in Christchurch.
