To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

Day 1 ARRIVAL JEDDAH - MAKKAH TRANSFER

Arrival at Jeddah, where meet and assist services will be provided upon arrival. After completion of immigration formalities, proceed with a comfortable transfer to Makkah. On arrival in Makkah, check in to the hotel and enjoy a short refreshment break. Later, proceed to Masjid al-Haram to perform the first Umrah. Begin with Tawaf around the Holy Kaaba, followed by Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and conclude the rituals with Halq or Taqsir. After completing the Umrah, participate in Jamaat prayers at the Grand Mosque and spend time in spiritual devotion within the Haram. Return to the hotel for rest and an overnight stay in Makkah, marking a peaceful conclusion to a spiritually significant day.

Day 2 MAKKAH ZIYARAT TOUR

After offering Fajr prayer, proceed for Ziyarat at Masjid al-Haram, immersing yourself in the sacred and spiritual atmosphere of the Holy Mosque. Spend time in worship and reflection within the Haram. Return to the hotel for breakfast and some rest. Later, attend Majlis and other spiritual sessions, engage in devotional recitations, and perform all five daily prayers in congregation at Masjid al-Haram. The day also includes free time for personal prayers, reflection, and optional additional Tawaf for those who wish to further enhance their spiritual experience. Lunch will be served at the hotel/Faiz, allowing time to relax and rejuvenate. In the evening, participate in the Majlis session followed by dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Makkah, concluding a spiritually enriching day in a peaceful and devotional environment.


Day 3 MAKKAH ZIYARAT TOUR

After breakfast, proceed for local Ziyarat, visiting some of the most sacred sites in Makkah, including Jabal al-Noor, the cave of Ghaar-e-Hira, Jabal Thawr, and other significant Muqaddas Maqaamaat, each holding deep historical and spiritual importance in Islamic tradition. In the evening, participate in Ibadat at Masjid al-Haram, spending time in prayer and devotion at the Holy Mosque. Later, return to the hotel (Faiz) for dinner and rest. Overnight stay in Makkah, concluding a spiritually enriching day filled with reflection, worship, and historical exploration.

Day 4 MAKKAH ZIYARAT TOUR

Today is a free day dedicated to personal Ibadat, allowing ample time for individual worship, reflection, and spiritual connection. Pilgrims may also perform optional Tawaf at Masjid al-Haram and attend Zikr Majlis for spiritual upliftment and remembrance of Allah. The day is open for self-paced devotion and peaceful time within the Haram. Later, return to the hotel (Faiz) for rest and an overnight stay in Makkah, concluding the day in a serene and spiritual atmosphere.

Day 5 PERFORM SECOND UMRAH

Proceed for the Second Umrah (optional) from the designated Miqat, performing all the rituals with deep devotion and sincerity. Upon arrival in Masjid al-Haram, complete the Tawaf around the Holy Kaaba, followed by Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and conclude with Halq or Taqsir as per the Sunnah. After completing the Umrah, engage in Faiz activities and continue with personal Ibadat at Masjid al-Haram, spending time in prayer, reflection, and spiritual connection. Later, return to the hotel for rest. Return to the hotel (Faiz) for dinner and an overnight stay in Makkah, concluding a spiritually fulfilling and peaceful day.

Day 6 MAKKAH ZIYARAT TOUR

Attend prayers (Namaz) at Masjid al-Haram and dedicate the day to complete devotion and spiritual upliftment. Engage in Ibadat throughout the day, including Qur’an recitation, Zikr, and participation in spiritual gatherings held within the Holy Mosque. Spend the evening in reflection, supplication, and continued prayers in the serene atmosphere of the Haram. Later, return to the hotel (Faiz) for rest and an overnight stay in Makkah, concluding the day in peace and spiritual tranquility.

Day 7 MAKKAH ZIYARAT TOUR

Spend the day in continuous Ibadat in the blessed surroundings of Baitullah Sharif, dedicating time to prayer, Qur’an recitation, Zikr, and personal supplication. Participate in religious Majalis and engage in various devotional activities, embracing the spiritual atmosphere of Masjid al-Haram throughout the day. In the evening, continue with prayers and reflection before returning to the hotel (Faiz) for rest and an overnight stay in Makkah, concluding the day in peace and devotion.

Day 8 MAKKAH WADA ZIYARAT

On this day, perform the Final Tawaf (Tawaf al-Wida) with heartfelt devotion and gratitude, reflecting upon the blessings and spiritual experiences of your sacred journey. Spend time in Zikr, supplication, and reflection, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to perform Umrah and stay in the holy city of Makkah. Complete all necessary preparations for departure to Madinah, ensuring a smooth and organized transfer. Conclude the day with prayers and spiritual calm, and spend the night in Makkah in peace, devotion, and gratitude.

Day 9 MAKKAH - MEDINA TRANSFER

Depart from Makkah to Madinah, proceeding with a comfortable transfer. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and take some time to relax and refresh. Later, proceed for Ziyarat at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, where you will have the blessed opportunity to offer Salam at Roza-e-Mubarak (Rawdah Mubarakah) of Prophet Muhammad with utmost respect and devotion. Spend time in prayer, reflection, and spiritual peace within the Holy Mosque. Attend Jamaat prayers (Namaz) at Masjid an-Nabawi and experience the serene and uplifting atmosphere of Madinah. Return to the hotel for rest and an overnight stay in Madinah, concluding a spiritually enriching day in the city of the Prophet

Day 10 MEDINA ZIYARAT TOUR

Proceed for Ziyarat in the holy city of Madinah, visiting some of the most sacred and spiritually significant sites. Begin with Ziyarat of Rasulullah at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, offering Salam at Roza-e-Mubarak with deep respect and devotion. Continue with Ziyarat of Molatena Fatema (A.S.), followed by a visit to Jannatul Baqi, where many esteemed companions and members of the Ahlul Bayt are laid to rest. Also visit Masjid an-Nabawi, spending time in prayer and reflection within the blessed mosque, and proceed to Jabal-e-Uhud, the historic site of the Battle of Uhud, reflecting on its spiritual significance. Participate in Faiz, Zikar, and Majlis-e-Ibadat, engaging in devotional gatherings and spiritual remembrance throughout the day. Conclude the day with prayers and reflection. Overnight stay in Madinah, in an atmosphere of peace, spirituality, and blessings.

Day 11 MEDINA ZIYARAT TOUR

Attend Jamaat prayers (Namaz) at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, and spend the time in deep Ibadat within the blessed mosque. Participate in spiritual gatherings and engage in Zikr, supplication, and reflection in the serene atmosphere of Madinah. Overnight stay in Madinah, concluding the day in peace, devotion, and spiritual tranquility.

Day 12 MEDINA WADA ZIYARAT

Offer the final Salam at Roza-e-Mubarak (Rawdah Mubarakah) with heartfelt devotion and gratitude, bidding farewell to the blessed presence of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Spend time in personal Ibadat, including prayers, supplications, and reflection, cherishing the spiritual blessings of Madinah. Overnight stay in Madinah, concluding the journey in an atmosphere of peace, faith, and spiritual fulfillment.

Day 13 MEDINA - CAIRO TRANSFER
"Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, receive assistance and transfer to the hotel/faiz . Begin the day with Ziyarat at Rasul Husain (A.S), followed by visits to Molatena Zainab (A.S), Molatena Nafisa (A.S), Molatena Ruqaiyya (A.S), and Molana Malek ul Ashtar (R.A)., and perform namaz in Jame Anwar. Conclude the day with dinner in Faiz, followed by an overnight stay in Cairo."
