To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.

  • Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. 
  • Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated. 
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability. 
  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Day 1 ARRIVAL – NEW YORK

Welcome to New York City, famously known as "The Big Apple" and "The City That Never Sleeps." Upon arrival at New York International Airport, make your way to the hotel and complete the check-in formalities (standard check-in time applies). The remainder of the day is free to relax or begin exploring one of the world's most vibrant cities at your own pace. Enjoy an overnight stay in New York.

Day 2 NEW YORK CITY TOUR – STATUE OF LIBERTY – EMPIRE STATE BUILDING

After breakfast, discover the highlights of New York City on a Hop-on Hop-off City Tour. Visit the world-famous Statue of Liberty with a ferry ride to Liberty Island and admire one of America's most iconic landmarks. Continue to the Empire State Building, where you'll ascend to the 86th Floor Observatory for breathtaking panoramic views of Manhattan. Day 6 PHILADELPHIA – WASHINGTON D.C.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and travel to Washington D.C., the capital city of the United States. Upon arrival, complete the hotel check-in formalities. The remainder of the day is free to explore the city's beautiful streets, museums, waterfront, or local attractions at your leisure before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7 WASHINGTON D.C. CITY TOUR
