- Expenses incurred due to change in oil price, mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. high season surcharge if levied any.
- AC in the vehicle will not be kept on when the vehicle is not moving . i.e. When the vehicle is parked at some sightseeing place, restaurant or any place , the AC will not be kept on.

- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms
- In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
- Standard Hotel Check-in time is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
- AC will not work in Hilly regions.
- We will not be held responsible for any delays in rail/airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights/train.
- If any airline/train is delayed or cancelled, Oxford Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
To book any Domestic Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,499/- per person. In case a person want to book air-tickets / train tickets as part of his tour package, 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.
Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:
- 21 Days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.2,499/- per person.
- 20-15 Days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost.
- 14-07 Days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of the total tour cost.
- 07-04 Days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of the total tour cost.
- 03 Days prior or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the total tour cost.
For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/train-tickets/cruises/safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

- By Train: Major stations include Madgaon and Vasco da Gama.
- By Road: Buses and cabs connect Goa to nearby states like Maharashtra and Karnataka.
On arrival, check in to your resort and settle into your room. The day is reserved for leisure, allowing you to relax and enjoy the resort’s amenities at your own pace. You can unwind by the pool, take a stroll in the gardens, or explore any on-site recreational activities offered by the resort. This is a perfect way to rejuvenate after your journey. After breakfast, depart for a full-day sightseeing tour of North Goa. The tour covers popular beaches including Anjuna Beach, Vagator Beach, Baga Beach, and Sinquerim Beach, where you can enjoy scenic views, beach activities, and photo opportunities. Later, visit the historic Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, followed by a stop at Calangute Beach, famous for its lively atmosphere and water sports. After an enjoyable day exploring North Goa, return to your hotel.Overnight Stay at the resort/hotel in Goa.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of South Goa. Begin with a visit to the historic Old Goa Churches, including the famous Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral, showcasing magnificent Portuguese architecture. Next, visit the Mangueshi Temple, one of Goa’s most revered Hindu temples. Continue to Dona Paula, a picturesque viewpoint, followed by Miramar Beach, perfect for a relaxing stroll along the shore. Enjoy some local shopping, and experience a boat cruise on the River Mandovi (optional, @₹500 per person) to soak in the scenic beauty of Goa from the water.
