To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability. 
  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Day 1 ARRIVAL – NAIROBI
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, where you will be met by our representative and transferred to your city hotel. Upon arrival, receive a briefing about your exciting Kenya safari. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and unwind.
Day 2 NAIROBI – MASAI MARA

Approx. 5–6 Hrs. Drive

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and drive towards the spectacular Masai Mara Game Reserve, passing through Narok, the major Maasai administrative centre.

Masai Mara is one of Kenya’s most celebrated wildlife destinations and is renowned for its abundant wildlife and breathtaking savannah landscapes. During your afternoon game drive, look out for Impala, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Elephant, Topi, Buffalo, Warthog and Ostrich, along with predators such as Lion, Cheetah, Hyena and possibly the elusive Leopard.

Later, transfer to your lodge/camp for a relaxing evening.

Day 3 MASAI MARA

Today is dedicated to exploring the incredible Masai Mara Game Reserve. Enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive and a late-afternoon game drive, travelling across the vast savannah in search of Kenya’s iconic wildlife.

The reserve forms part of the northern extension of the Serengeti ecosystem and is home to large herds of wildebeest, buffalo, hartebeest, impala and gazelle. Keep an eye out for Black Rhino, Giraffe, Elephant and Lion prides, while the Mara River offers opportunities to spot Hippos and other wildlife.

Return to your lodge/camp and relax amidst the beautiful African wilderness.

Day 4 MASAI MARA – LAKE NAIVASHA

Approx. 4–5 Hrs. Drive

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, travelling through Kenya’s scenic Great Rift Valley. Arrive around lunchtime and enjoy the tranquil surroundings of this beautiful freshwater lake.

Lake Naivasha is a paradise for nature and bird lovers, surrounded by papyrus and acacia trees. The area is home to a remarkable variety of birdlife, including Fish Eagles, Ospreys, Herons, Egrets, Lily-trotters, Red-knobbed Coots and Black Crakes. The lake is also famous for its population of Hippos.

Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the peaceful lakeside atmosphere.

Day 5 LAKE NAIVASHA – NAIROBI

Approx. 3–4 Hrs. Drive

After breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha and proceed towards Nairobi. On arrival, enjoy a Nairobi City Tour, discovering some of the highlights of Kenya’s vibrant capital.

Later, proceed to your hotel and check in. Spend the evening at leisure.
