To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Day 1 ARRIVE – AUCKLAND
Welcome to New Zealand! Arrive in Auckland, known as the “City of Sails”, beautifully situated between two harbours and offering a wonderful mix of natural beauty, vibrant city life, and exciting attractions. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Auckland.

Day 2 AUCKLAND – WAITOMO – ROTORUA

After breakfast, depart for Rotorua. En route, travel through the ever-changing scenery of the Waitomo region and visit the famous Waitomo Glow-worm Caves. Enjoy a guided tour through spectacular limestone formations, followed by an underground boat ride beneath the cave roof illuminated by thousands of tiny glow-worms.

Continue to Rotorua and check in to your hotel. Overnight in Rotorua.

Day 3 ROTORUA – TE PUIA THERMAL RESERVE – AGRODOME

Day 7 QUEENSTOWN – MILFORD SOUND CRUISE

After an early breakfast, set off on a full-day excursion to Milford Sound, one of New Zealand's most spectacular natural wonders.

Travel along the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden and continue through the scenic countryside towards Lake Te Anau. Arrive at Milford Sound, a magnificent fiord surrounded by dramatic cliffs and lush rainforest.

Board your cruise and sail through the pristine waters, enjoying views of Mitre Peak and the spectacular Bowen Falls. Later, return to Queenstown.

 After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairns, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and the tropical landscapes of North Queensland.

Upon arrival, experience the Kuranda Skyrail, travelling above the pristine World Heritage-listed rainforest. Enjoy scenic stops at Barron Falls and Red Peak before exploring Kuranda Village and its famous markets.
