Days 1 : ARRIVE BALI
Welcome to Bali - the heaven on earth with its pristine beaches, warm people and rich culture! Upon arrival at the Denpasar airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day will be free at leisure. Overnight in Bali.

Days 2 : BALI
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed for Ubud Art & handicraft. An art & handicraft tour visiting Celuk the centre of gold and silver works, batuan the stone carvings center, Mas the center of woodcarvings & finally Ubud the Balinese painting center. Rest of the day will be free at leisure at your own arrangement. Overnight in Bali.

Days 3 : BALI
Today after breakfast, transfer to Kuta area for shopping tour. Back to the hotel. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. OR Today after breakfast, transfer to Anika Spa for taking the spa treatment. Back to the hotel. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. OR Today after breakfast, transfer to Ubud area to experience rafting at Ayung river. Back to the hotel. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. Overnight in Bali.

Days 4 : DEPART BALI
Today after breakfast, you will be transferred to Bali airport for your flight back home.

	Standard Hotel Check-in time is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
	On hilly areas the ac will not work.
	We will not be held responsible for any delays in rail/airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights/train.
	If any airline/train is delayed or cancelled, Oxford Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

To book any International Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- per person. In case a person want to book air-tickets / train tickets as part of his tour package, 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/train tickets/ cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.
