Mauritius Honeymoon Tours Made Easy

To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

•  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
•  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
•  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
•  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
•  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

• Cost for Optional Tours , Up-Gradation Charges , Sightseeing Entry fee & Guide charges & special Permits
• Personal Expenses such as laundry, soft drinks, bottles of water, incidental, porter charges, tips etc.
• Expenses incurred due to change in oil price, mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest etc, high season surcharge if levied any.
• GST 5.09% not included in the package.

• Above Rates are on Per person basis.
• Sightseeing as per itinerary
• Accommodations at Double / Twin sharing basis.
• Breakfast at Hotel Restaurant.
• All transfers and sight seeing as per the above itinerary by SIC ( Seat In Coach ) Basis.

• You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.  
• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. 
• Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated. 
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability. 
• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
• Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.
