Depart towards Dover for your crossing to Calais. From Calais, settle into your comfortable seats and travel to the capital city of Belgium, Brussels. The tour starts with a photo stop at the most iconic structure of Brussels, The Atomium, followed by the famous Mannekin Pis Statue and Grand Place.

Amsterdam
Begin the morning by visiting the world renowned Keukenhof Tulip Gardens; famed for its breathtaking displays of flowers, Keukenhof has over six million bulbs that form a sea of flowers, between March and May. (After 10th May departures, Keukenhof will be replaced by Volendam Fishing Village). Later, visit Volendam and the Cheese & Clog Farm for a demonstration on the making process, before continuing to the amazing city of Amsterdam to enjoy a tranquil canal cruise.

Amsterdam
Drive to Den Haag, the political capital of Netherlands for a visit to Madurodam, this miniature city offers the highlights of Netherlands on a scale of 1:25; here view models of palaces, canals, windmills and even Schiphol Airport. (After 10th May, Madurodam will be covered on day 2 and replaced by a city tour of Bruges, where you will be joined by a local professional guide for a walking tour to see the famous Begjinhof, St. Saviour’s Cathedral, Market Square, Bourd and much more). Later enjoy a short stop at P&J Chocolates where your can purchase the finest Belgian chocolates. In the early afternoon, drive back to Calais for the channel crossing, then it is time to say farewell to the group before arriving at your drop off point.

To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.

  • Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. 
  • Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated. 
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability. 
  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.
