Set centrally in Hinterthal, Balthasars offers elegant rooms. Hochkönig Ski Area is 500 metres away and cross-country trails can be reached within a 5 minutes’ walk.
Balthasars interior features lots of wood-panelling and Alpine decorations. During winter, drinks can be enjoyed at the bar opened in the afternoon and evenings. A ski school and a ski rental are across the road.

From beginning of December until end of April the bar is open from 16:00. From beginning of June until end of September it is open Tuesday to Saturday from 17:00.
