The Japanese-style sauna area is available in the winter season and comprises a sauna and a relaxation room. A supermarket and a bus stop are a 3-minute walk away, and the centre of Kaprun can be reached in a 7-minute walk. The Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away, and Zell am See can be reached in a 10-minute drive. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the spa area is only available in the winter season. Please note that towels & linen will be changed only once for stays longer than 8 nights. When traveling with children please inform the property in advance about their number and age. In case heavy cleaning is needed, an additional charge applies. Please note that the listed damage deposit applies from May until September.
