To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Day 2 AUCKLAND – WAITOMO – ROTORUA
After breakfast, depart for Rotorua through the scenic Waikato countryside. En route, visit the famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves, renowned for their spectacular limestone formations and thousands of tiny glowworms illuminating the cavern roof. Enjoy a guided tour through the caves, including an underground boat ride beneath the magical glowworm-lit formations. Day 3 ROTORUA – AGRODOME – TE PUIA – POLYNESIAN SPA

After breakfast, visit Agrodome for an exciting New Zealand farm experience featuring sheepdog demonstrations, sheep shearing, cow milking, and an introduction to the country's farming heritage. Day 9 QUEENSTOWN – MILFORD SOUND CRUISE – QUEENSTOWN

After an early breakfast, set off on a full-day excursion to Milford Sound, one of New Zealand's most spectacular natural wonders. Travel along the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu towards Lumsden and continue through scenic countryside to Lake Te Anau. Arrive at Milford Sound, a magnificent fiord surrounded by towering cliffs and lush rainforest. Board your cruise and glide through the pristine waters while enjoying views of Mitre Peak and the spectacular Bowen Falls. After the cruise, retrace your scenic route back to Queenstown.
