To Book any International holiday Or Travel Services, a Person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 19,999/- Per Person. In case a Person want to book air-tickets as part of his tour package , 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

  •  21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.19,999/- per person
  •  20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
  •  14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  •  7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
  •  3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability. 
  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. 
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Day 2 AUCKLAND – WAITOMO – ROTORUA

After breakfast, depart for Rotorua via the scenic Waikato countryside. En route, visit the famous Waitomo Glow-worm Caves and enjoy a guided tour through spectacular limestone formations followed by an underground boat ride beneath thousands of glowing glow-worms.

Day 3 ROTORUA – TE PUIA – AGRODOME FARM EXPERIENCE

After breakfast, visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve, home to the famous Pohutu Geyser. Explore the geothermal landscape featuring bubbling mud pools, hot springs, and steaming vents while learning about the region's Maori heritage and traditions.

Day 4 ROTORUA – AUCKLAND – QUEENSTOWN
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and depart for Auckland. Upon arrival, board your flight to Queenstown, known as the Adventure Capital of the World. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in. The remainder of the day is free to relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings of Queenstown. Overnight in Queenstown.

Day 5 QUEENSTOWN – SKYLINE GONDOLA & LUGE

After breakfast, proceed for the Skyline Gondola, taking you to Bob's Peak for breathtaking panoramic views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, and the surrounding mountains.

Enjoy an exciting Luge ride, a gravity-powered adventure on a scenic track. The remainder of the day is free to explore Queenstown or opt for adventure activities such as bungee jumping, jet boating, or a helicopter ride at an additional cost. Overnight in Queenstown.

Day 6 QUEENSTOWN – MILFORD SOUND CRUISE

After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Milford Sound, one of New Zealand's most spectacular natural wonders. Travel through scenic landscapes along Lake Wakatipu and continue towards Lake Te Anau before entering the dramatic Fiordland region.

Upon arrival at Milford Sound, board a scenic cruise through the pristine waters of the fiord. Admire the magnificent Mitre Peak, towering cliffs, lush rainforest, and spectacular waterfalls including Bowen Falls.
