Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions for Warner Bros. Movie World tickets are subject to the ticket type and booking terms applicable at the time of purchase. Single Day Book a Day Tickets are valid only for the selected date, while Flexi and multi-day passes have separate validity conditions. Refunds or changes, where permitted, are subject to the applicable ticket terms. If Movie World is booked as part of a guided tour, excursion, or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
