Activity Policies
A valid admission ticket is required to enter the park. Tickets include access to most attractions, rides, and themed areas, except services that incur additional charges.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
Children under 140 cm in height and children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except food for children or guests with special dietary needs.
Live animals are not allowed, except where permitted by park regulations.
Bicycles, roller skates, skis, sound-emitting equipment, weapons, explosives, and prohibited goods are not allowed inside the park.
Locker facilities are available near the entrance for storing personal belongings.
Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas.
Visitors must not feed, disturb, provoke, or use flash photography around animals, except in designated feeding areas under staff supervision.
Commercial photography and filming require prior approval from park management.
Guests must follow all safety instructions and staff guidance while using rides and facilities.
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
Guests who violate park regulations or engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may be required to leave the park without a ticket refund.

A valid admission ticket or electronic QR code is required for entry and is valid only for the date, park, and conditions specified at the time of purchase.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or used by another person.
Ticket categories are based on height: Under 100 cm: Free admission, 100–140 cm: Child ticket, Over 140 cm: Adult ticket
Seniors (60+) must present valid identification to receive the preferential rate.
Admission includes access only to the attractions and services covered by the purchased ticket. Premium services or experiences may require an additional fee.
Guests must comply with all park regulations, ride restrictions, safety requirements, and staff instructions. VinWonders reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates these rules without refund.
Outside food and beverages, pets, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, bicycles, roller skates, and other prohibited items are not permitted, except food for infants or guests with special dietary or medical needs.
Commercial photography, filming, and drone operations require prior approval from VinWonders management.
VinWonders may modify, suspend, or close attractions, shows, or services due to maintenance, weather, safety, operational requirements, technical issues, or force majeure without prior notice.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. VinWonders is not liable for loss or damage except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed ticket bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. Once payment has been successfully completed, the booking is considered final.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or used by another person.
VinWonders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or close attractions, shows, or services due to maintenance, weather, safety, operational requirements, technical issues, or force majeure without prior notice. Such changes do not automatically entitle guests to a refund.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events). Any refund, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement is at the sole discretion of VinWonders management.
Guests are advised to review their travel plans carefully before purchasing tickets, as confirmed bookings are generally final.
