Vinpearl Safari Phú Quốc is Vietnam's first and largest semi-wildlife conservation park, located within the Phu Quoc United Center in northern Phú Quốc Island. Covering approximately 380 hectares, the park is home to more than 4,000 animals from over 200 species, including many rare and endangered wildlife species from around the world.
The safari is divided into two main areas: an Open Zoo, where visitors can observe animals in naturalistic habitats, and a Safari Park, where guests experience the unique "humans in cages, animals roam free" tour aboard specialized safari buses.

Activity Policies
A valid admission ticket is required for entry. The ticket includes access to all attractions and areas covered by the admission, except optional paid services. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Children under 140 cm in height and children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except food intended for children or guests with special dietary needs.
Live animals are not allowed inside the park.
Bicycles, roller skates, skis, sound-emitting equipment, weapons, explosives, and prohibited items are not permitted.
Locker facilities are available near the entrance for storing personal belongings.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking outside these areas may incur a restoration fee.
Visitors must not feed animals unless in designated feeding areas using food provided by park staff.
Flash photography is prohibited around animals, and visitors must not throw objects into enclosures, disturb, provoke, or enter animal habitats.
Commercial photography and filming require prior approval from the management.
Visitors are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The management is not liable for loss or damage.
Guests must follow all safety instructions and staff guidance. Visitors who violate park regulations or engage in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may be required to leave the park without a refund.

By purchasing or using Vinpearl Safari services, guests agree to the official Terms of Service, General Regulations, and all applicable park policies.
A valid admission ticket or electronic QR code is required for entry and is valid only for the date, attraction, and conditions specified at the time of purchase.
Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or exchanged.
Ticket categories are based on height: Under 100 cm: Free admission, 100–140 cm: Child ticket, Over 140 cm: Adult ticket
Senior tickets require valid identification where applicable.
Admission covers only the attractions and services included with the purchased ticket. Optional experiences and premium services may require an additional fee.
Guests must comply with all park regulations, animal welfare rules, ride restrictions, safety requirements, and staff instructions. Vinpearl reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates these rules without refund.
Outside food and beverages, pets, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, bicycles, roller skates, drones, and other prohibited items are not permitted, except food for infants or guests with special dietary or medical needs.
Visitors must not feed, touch, tease, provoke, or enter animal enclosures, except during authorized animal-feeding activities supervised by park staff.
Commercial photography, filming, and drone operations require prior written approval from Vinpearl.
Vinpearl may modify, suspend, or close attractions, animal shows, or services due to maintenance, weather, animal welfare, safety, operational requirements, or force majeure without prior notice.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Vinpearl is not liable for loss or damage except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable once payment has been successfully completed.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or assigned to another person.
Vinpearl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel attractions, animal shows, or services due to maintenance, weather, safety, animal welfare, operational requirements, or force majeure without prior notice. Such changes do not automatically entitle guests to a refund.
Exceptions for refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling may be considered only in cases of force majeure or where required by applicable law, and any resolution is at Vinpearl's sole discretion.
Guests are advised to review their travel plans carefully before purchasing tickets, as confirmed bookings are generally final.
