Activity Policies
  1. Visitors must follow all safety instructions and staff directions.
  2. Children must be supervised by a parent or accompanying adult at all times.
  3. Food and drinks brought from outside are not permitted inside the buildings.
  4. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  5. Weapons, hazardous objects, open flames and illegal substances are prohibited.
  6. Visitors must not enter water areas or walk on frozen surfaces.
  7. Pets are generally not permitted; assistance dogs are allowed with appropriate documentation.
  8. Photography and video for private use are allowed. Commercial filming, tripods and drones require prior written permission.
  9. Visitors who violate the rules may be asked to leave without reimbursement.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Valid Ticket: Entry requires a valid ticket. Tickets generally provide one-time admission to the exhibition area and must be retained during the visit.
  2. Ticket Restrictions: Tickets are non-transferable. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Annual tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue.
  3. Opening Hours: Visitors may enter and use the facilities only during the officially published opening hours and through designated entrances.
  4. Children: Children under 14 years must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
  5. Visitor Conduct: Visitors must follow all posted instructions, safety regulations and directions given by Swarovski staff. Facilities must only be used for their intended purpose.
  6. Playground & Facilities: Use of the facilities, playgrounds and equipment is at the visitor's own risk. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children.
  7. Right to Refuse Entry: Swarovski may refuse admission or remove visitors who violate the Visitor Terms & Conditions, behave unreasonably or do not possess a valid ticket.
  8. Parking: Parking is free during the visit and is used at the visitor's own risk. Overnight stays, camping and preparing meals in the parking area are prohibited.
  9. Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Swarovski is not generally liable for loss, theft or damage resulting from failure to follow the applicable rules.
  10. Events & Workshops: Special age, participation or supervision requirements may apply to events and workshops. Swarovski reserves the right to refuse participation where justified.
  11. Liability: Swarovski's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Austrian law. Any complaints concerning damage should be reported at the ticket counter before leaving the premises.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Online admission tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
  2. Tickets provide single admission to the exhibition area, with unlimited access to the playground and garden.
  3. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
  4. Swarovski may temporarily restrict or close parts of the attraction for maintenance, technical issues, safety reasons, or force majeure. Such closures do not automatically entitle visitors to a full or partial ticket refund.
  5. For group reservations, Swarovski states that it does not charge cancellation fees but requests that cancellations be made with reasonable notice.
