- Duration: Visitors should generally allow 1–2 hours for the observation deck experience. Additional time is required for SkyPoint Climb.
- Photography: Photography and video recording are generally permitted for personal use, subject to safety instructions and venue restrictions.
- Accessibility: The observation deck provides accessible facilities, although the SkyPoint Climb has separate participation and safety requirements.
- Safety: Visitors must follow all safety procedures and staff instructions. For SkyPoint Climb, participants must comply with all equipment, clothing, age, height, and safety requirements.
- Weather Conditions: Views may be affected by cloud, rain, strong winds, or other weather conditions. SkyPoint Climb may be suspended during unsuitable conditions.
- Children: Children must meet the applicable age and supervision requirements. SkyPoint Climb has additional participation restrictions.
- Visitor Conduct: Visitors must remain within designated areas and must not enter restricted sections or interfere with safety equipment.
- Food & Beverages: Food and beverages are available at designated facilities. Outside food and drinks may be subject to venue restrictions.
- Cancellation/Refund: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the ticket type and booking terms. SkyPoint Climb may have separate cancellation conditions.
- Changes to Access: The observation deck or SkyPoint Climb may be temporarily restricted or closed because of weather, maintenance, safety requirements, or operational circumstances.

- Security screening and bag restrictions may apply.
- Large, prohibited or hazardous items may not be permitted inside the observation deck.
- Visitors should exercise caution around elevated areas, glass panels, stairs and lifts.
- Photography for personal use is generally permitted, subject to current attraction restrictions.
- Commercial photography, professional filming or organised photo shoots may require prior permission.
- Visitors must not damage or interfere with fixtures, exhibits, viewing equipment or other property.

- The SkyPoint Climb, where booked, has additional age, height, clothing, health and safety requirements.
- Visitors participating in the SkyPoint Climb must comply with all equipment and guide instructions.
- Certain experiences or areas may be temporarily unavailable due to weather, maintenance, safety requirements or operational reasons.
- Opening hours, ticket availability and attraction access may change without prior notice.
- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific SkyPoint ticket, experience or booking channel used.
- If SkyPoint or a particular experience is closed or cancelled by the operator, refund or alternative arrangements will be handled according to the applicable booking conditions.
- Late arrival or failure to attend may result in loss of the booking without refund, subject to the ticket terms.
- If SkyPoint is included in an organised Gold Coast sightseeing tour, the tour operator's cancellation and refund policy will apply.

If SkyPoint Observation Deck is booked as part of a guided tour, excursion, or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
