Skyline Gondola

1. Admission is subject to a valid ticket or confirmed booking.
2. Guests should arrive at the designated Gondola terminal before the scheduled travel time.
3. Visitors must follow the instructions of Skyline staff, operators and authorised personnel.
4. Guests must comply with all cableway safety, boarding and emergency procedures.
5. Visitors must remain within designated passenger areas, platforms, paths and viewing areas.
6. Guests must not interfere with Gondola cabins, doors, cables or operating equipment.
7. Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
8. Visitors should exercise caution when boarding and disembarking and follow staff instructions at all times.
9. Visitors must remain on designated walking tracks and approved areas when exploring Bob's Peak.
10. Guests must not enter closed, restricted or staff-only areas.
11. Visitors should wear weather-appropriate clothing and suitable footwear, particularly when walking outdoors.
12. Visitors must not damage, remove or interfere with vegetation, rocks, wildlife, structures or other natural features.
13. Littering, vandalism and pollution are prohibited.
14. Visitors must not feed, chase, touch or deliberately disturb wildlife.
15. Photography for personal use is generally permitted, subject to Skyline and activity-specific restrictions.
16. Commercial photography, professional filming or organised photo shoots may require prior permission.
17. Individual activities such as the Luge, Zipline, mountain biking and other experiences have separate age, height, weight, health and safety requirements.
18. Gondola services and outdoor activities may be delayed, modified, suspended or cancelled because of strong winds, snow, rain, lightning, extreme weather, maintenance or safety requirements.
19. Operating hours, activity availability and schedules may change without prior notice.
20. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
21. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific Skyline ticket, package or booking channel.
22. If Skyline suspends Gondola operations or an activity because of weather, technical issues or safety concerns, refunds, rescheduling or alternative arrangements will be handled according to the applicable booking conditions.
23. Late arrival or failure to attend may result in loss of the booking without refund, subject to the ticket terms.
24. If the Skyline Gondola is booked as part of an organised Queenstown sightseeing package, the tour operator's cancellation and refund policy will also apply.

Cancellation and refund conditions for the Skyline Gondola depend on the ticket type and booking terms applicable at the time of purchase. Any permitted cancellation, refund, or date change will be processed according to Skyline Queenstown's applicable terms. If the Gondola is booked as part of a guided tour, excursion, or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
