General Visitor Rules:
  • Follow all instructions given by Oceanarium staff.
  • Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Visitors must behave respectfully and avoid disrupting other guests.
  • Queue jumping, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the attraction.
Photography & Videography:
  • Personal photography and video recording are permitted.
  • Flash photography is not allowed to protect the animals.
  • Photography and videography are prohibited inside designated areas such as the Marine Mammal Habitat.
  • Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from the management.
Animal Welfare:
  • Do not tap on aquarium glass or disturb the animals.
  • Do not feed or touch marine animals unless instructed during an authorized interactive program.
  • Keep noise levels low around animal habitats.
  • Follow all safety instructions during animal encounters.
Safety Policies:
  • Stay within designated visitor pathways.
  • Do not climb on barriers, railings, or exhibit structures.
  • Running is discouraged inside the Oceanarium.
  • Emergency exits and safety equipment should remain unobstructed.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Admission tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale or exchange unless otherwise stated.
  2. Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date and time, where applicable.
  3. Guests must present a valid e-ticket or printed ticket for admission. Booking confirmations alone are not accepted as entry tickets.
  4. Operating hours and attraction availability may change without prior notice due to maintenance, weather, private events, or operational requirements.
  5. Same-day re-entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and the required re-entry validation (such as a hand stamp, where applicable).
  6. Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted, except for infant food or medically necessary items.
  7. Visitors must comply with all safety instructions, attraction rules, and directions from Oceanarium staff at all times.
  8. Commercial photography, filming, or recording requires prior written approval. Flash photography and photography in restricted areas, such as the Marine Mammal Habitat, are prohibited.
  9. The Oceanarium reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or violates park policies.
  10. Bags, costumes, and props may be inspected before entry. Items considered unsafe or inappropriate may be denied entry.
  11. Tickets altered, duplicated, damaged, or obtained through unauthorized resale may be declared invalid without refund.
  12. Interactive programmes, dive experiences, and animal encounters may have additional eligibility, health, age, certification, and safety requirements.
  13. The management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, operating procedures, admission policies, and programme availability without prior notice.
  14. By purchasing a ticket or entering the Singapore Oceanarium, visitors agree to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and Terms & Conditions established by the operator.
Cancellation Policy
The Singapore Oceanarium has a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy for standard admission tickets.
  • No cancellations are allowed once a ticket order has been confirmed.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancelled bookings, unused tickets, or no-shows.
  • No exchanges or amendments (including changes to the visit date or time) are generally permitted after confirmation.
  • Tickets remain non-refundable even in cases of inclement weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond the operator's control.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Unauthorized resale may result in the ticket being invalidated without compensation.
  • If you experience an issue with your ticket or need assistance, you should contact Guest Services. While the general policy is that confirmed bookings cannot be changed, Guest Services may review exceptional cases at their discretion.
Note for special programmes: Certain experiences, such as dive programmes, may have their own terms. For example, some allow a rescheduling request if submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled date with a valid reason, subject to approval, but refunds are not provided.
