  6. Alcohol consumption and smoking are subject to the rules of the specific cruise operator.
  7. Cruises may be modified, delayed or cancelled due to weather, river conditions or safety requirements.
  8. Visitors should respect the river environment and avoid littering.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Valid Ticket: Visitors must have a valid ticket for the selected cruise. Where a timed ticket applies, passengers must arrive at the designated departure point on time.
  2. Departure & Boarding: Passengers must follow the operator's boarding instructions and arrive before departure. Late arrival may result in denied boarding without refund.
  3. Security & Safety: Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew and staff during boarding and throughout the cruise.
  4. Ticket Restrictions: Ticket validity, modification, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected cruise operator and ticket type.
  5. Weather & Operational Changes: Cruise schedules, routes or departures may be changed, delayed or cancelled because of weather, river conditions, navigation restrictions, safety requirements or other exceptional circumstances.
  6. Visitor Conduct: Passengers must behave respectfully and must not interfere with the crew, vessel operations or the enjoyment and safety of other passengers.
  7. Children: Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adults throughout the cruise.
  8. Accessibility: Accessibility varies depending on the vessel and operator. Passengers requiring assistance should check accessibility conditions before booking.
  9. Food & Drinks: Food and beverages are subject to the rules of the selected cruise. Dining cruises may have additional booking and service conditions.
  10. Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Large luggage or restricted items may not be permitted on board depending on the operator's safety rules.
  11. Photography: Personal photography is generally permitted, provided it does not disturb other passengers or interfere with crew operations.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Every booking is final, payable, and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  2. Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
  3. If the cruise or part of the service is cancelled, or the boat itinerary is changed, because of government refusal/authorisation issues or circumstances beyond Bateaux Parisiens’ control, a refund/reduction may be provided for the part of the service not delivered.
  4. The customer has 6 months from the originally scheduled service date to request this refund/reduction from Customer Relations.
  5. No additional compensation for expenses, damages, or other costs will be provided.
  6. For special dates such as 14 February, 14 July, 24 December, 25 December and 31 December, cancellation is not possible and no refund is granted.
  7. If Bateaux Parisiens cancels the entire service, deposits already paid are refunded in full.
