Ticketing and Reservations:

  • All visitors, including those with complimentary tickets, need to pre-book their visit date and time online
  • Tickets are open-dated but require a pre-booked time slot. 
  • Visitors should arrive 40 minutes before their selected time. 
  • No shows will not be rescheduled or refunded. 
  • Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other items. 

Animal Welfare and Visitor Conduct:

  • Visitors must not feed, tease, or disturb the animals. 
  • Flash photography is prohibited to avoid startling the animals. 
  • Maintain a safe distance from exhibits and avoid overcrowding.
