Cancellation Policy

  4. Tickets are valid only for the booked date and time, with a 10-minute grace period. If you miss your timeslot, the museum may deny entry without a refund.

  5. Tickets can be transferred to another person before the visit by contacting Museum of Ice Cream in advance. The new ticket holder must present the ticket and a valid ID upon arrival.

  6.  If you are feeling unwell, the museum encourages you to reschedule your visit instead of attending.

  7. Guests who are removed for misconduct or violating the museum's code of conduct are not entitled to a refund.
