Cancellation Policy

If the experience is booked as part of a guided tour, excursion, or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.

If the Māori Cultural Experience is booked through Te Puia, its standard cancellation policy applies: cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience, while groups of 10 or more require 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations within the applicable notice period are non-refundable. If Te Puia cancels due to weather, health and safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
