  7. Drones, dangerous items and weapons are prohibited.
  8. Visitors must not damage, remove or interfere with the miniature models and attractions.
  9. Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas.
  10. Pets are not permitted, except certified assistance dogs.
  11. Visitors must follow all safety instructions and respect other guests and the park environment.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Valid Ticket: Visitors may enter Madurodam only with a valid admission ticket. Tickets must be retained during the visit and presented to staff when requested.
  2. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid for the date or period specified on the ticket. Admission ends when the visitor leaves the park.
  3. Children: Children under 12 years may enter only when accompanied by an adult. At least one responsible supervisor is required for every four children.
  4. Park Capacity: Madurodam has limited capacity and may temporarily restrict admission when the park is too busy for safety or visitor comfort.
  5. Visitor Conduct: Visitors must behave respectfully, follow staff instructions and avoid dangerous, disruptive or offensive behaviour.
  6. Designated Paths: Visitors must remain on designated paths and walkways and must not enter restricted areas or areas not intended for visitors.
  7. Protection of Miniatures: Climbing on buildings, attractions or displays, touching or damaging models, removing objects or interfering with park installations is prohibited.
  8. Prohibited Items: Weapons, dangerous objects, ammunition, balls, toys and other items that may create a safety risk are not permitted.
  9. Wheeled Vehicles: Scooters, skateboards, inline skates, children's bicycles and other wheeled vehicles are prohibited. Recognised mobility aids and pushchairs are permitted.
  10. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the park and buildings, except in the specifically designated smoking area at the Taste of Holland restaurant terrace.
  11. Animals: Dogs and other pets are not permitted inside the park. Certified assistance animals on a leash are permitted. A kennel facility is available for dogs subject to reservation.
  12. Drones & Recording: Drones are prohibited in and around the park. Professional photography, filming and promotional activities require prior written permission from Madurodam.
  13. Safety: Visitors must follow all safety warnings and instructions issued by Madurodam staff. Security checks of visitors and belongings may be carried out when necessary.
  14. Closures & Changes: Madurodam may close the entire park or parts of it due to force majeure, emergencies, technical problems, weather or other special circumstances.
  15. Liability: Visitors enter Madurodam at their own risk. Parents, accompanying adults and group leaders are responsible for the behaviour of visitors under their supervision.
Cancellation Policy
Madurodam tickets purchased directly through the official website can generally be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Fixed-price/flex tickets may also be rebooked within this period, while variable-price day tickets cannot be rebooked. After 14 days, cancellation and refunds are generally no longer available, although rebooking may be possible for certain ticket types. Tickets purchased through third-party providers are subject to the provider's own cancellation conditions. In cases of closure due to force majeure or special circumstances, tickets are generally non-refundable.
