Activity Policies
  1. Visitors must follow the garden’s instructions and stay on designated paths.
  2. Picking flowers or damaging plants is strictly prohibited.
  3. Visitors should not enter flower beds or restricted areas.
  4. Bicycles, scooters and similar vehicles are not permitted inside the park.
  5. Dogs are allowed only under the garden’s applicable conditions and must be kept on a leash; they are not permitted in restaurants or pavilions except assistance dogs.
  6. Visitors must keep the garden clean and use designated waste bins.
  7. Smoking is not permitted inside the park.
  8. Drones are prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained.
  9. Visitors must respect other guests, staff and the garden’s plants and facilities.
  10. Keukenhof may close attractions or restrict access temporarily due to weather, safety or operational reasons.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Valid Ticket: Visitors must have a valid admission ticket or other authorized proof of admission. Tickets are subject to the date and time conditions stated at the time of booking.
  2. Timed Entry: Keukenhof uses designated arrival time slots. Visitors must arrive within their booked time slot; entry may be refused if the selected time slot has passed or is fully booked.
  3. Ticket Changes: Tickets may be rescheduled to another date or time slot where permitted and subject to availability and the applicable booking conditions.
  4. Visitor Conduct: Visitors must follow the Park Regulations, signs and instructions from Keukenhof staff and must not damage plants, flowers, buildings or other park property.
  5. Flower Beds: Visitors must remain on designated paths and must not walk through flower bulb fields or flower beds, as this can damage the plants and bulbs.
  6. Cycling: Cycling is not permitted inside Keukenhof. Bicycles and scooters may be parked at the designated bicycle facilities outside the park.
  7. Dogs: Dogs are permitted subject to Keukenhof's conditions. A maximum of one dog per person is allowed, dogs must remain on a leash and are not permitted inside pavilions and restaurants, except guide dogs.
  8. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in almost the entire park, with smoking permitted only in specifically designated areas.
  9. Food & Drinks: Visitors may bring their own food and drinks. These may be consumed in designated picnic areas and not in restaurants or on restaurant terraces.
  10. Drones: Flying drones over or around Keukenhof is prohibited for visitor safety.
  11. Photography & Commercial Use: Personal photography is permitted subject to park rules. Use of the Keukenhof name, photographs or videos for commercial purposes is prohibited unless authorized.
  12. Personal Belongings: Small items can be stored free of charge in the designated lockers. Larger luggage may be deposited at the luggage depot near the entrance.
  13. Safety & Changes: Keukenhof may change access arrangements or temporarily restrict facilities for safety, weather, maintenance, events or other operational reasons.
Cancellation Policy
 Keukenhof tickets can be cancelled up to 4 days before the scheduled visit date and time, subject to a €2.50 cancellation fee per purchase. Tickets cannot be cancelled within 4 days of the scheduled visit. Bookings may be rescheduled to another available date or time slot up to 24 hours before the planned visit. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
