Cancellation Policy
  1. For guided group tours, booked services can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 business days before the tour date.
  2. Cancellations made after this deadline are charged 80% of the applicable tour fee.
  3. No-shows, same-day cancellations after 5:00 PM, and delays of more than 30 minutes are charged at the full rate.
  4. The official visitor information confirms that the standard Palace Ticket includes the funicular railway, castle courtyard, Great Barrel and German Apothecary Museum.
  5. The annual pass cannot be exchanged or returned.
