Cancellation Policy
Tickets purchased through the official Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism ticketing platform may be eligible for cancellation and refund in accordance with the platform's 14-day withdrawal policy, subject to the applicable conditions and required documentation. Refund eligibility may depend on the ticket type and purchase terms. If Hagia Sophia is booked as part of a guided tour or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
