- Public Access: Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is a public historic passage and can generally be visited free of charge.
- Opening & Access: Access is generally available throughout the day, although temporary restrictions may apply during events, maintenance, security operations or exceptional circumstances.
- Visitor Conduct: Visitors must behave respectfully and follow instructions from municipal authorities, security personnel and businesses operating within the gallery.
- Protection of Heritage: Visitors must not damage, mark, climb on or otherwise interfere with the historic architecture, mosaics, sculptures or decorative elements.
- Mosaic Protection: Visitors should not stand on or damage protected decorative mosaics and must respect any barriers or restricted areas.
- Cleanliness: Littering and any activity that may damage or dirty the historic flooring, walls or other public areas are prohibited.
- Photography: Personal photography is generally permitted. Professional or commercial photography and filming may require prior authorization.
- Commercial Activities: Shops, restaurants and other businesses within the gallery operate under their own conditions and opening hours.
- Events: Public events, ceremonies, exhibitions or maintenance work may temporarily affect access or pedestrian circulation.

Cancellation Policy
Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is a public landmark in Milan and can be visited without an admission ticket or reservation. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies to visiting the gallery itself. Any ticketed tour, guided experience, or attraction associated with Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is subject to the cancellation terms of the respective operator.
