- Entry to the Fragonard Perfume Museum is free, and individual visitors generally do not need a reservation.

- Visit Duration: Guided tours generally last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. Visitors are advised to arrive before 5:00 PM to allow sufficient time for a visit.

- Accessibility: Due to the historic nature of the building, accessibility is limited. Visitors requiring wheelchair access should contact the museum at least 72 hours in advance to arrange assistance.
- Pets: For visitor safety and comfort, only small dogs carried in the arms or in a suitable bag are permitted during tours.
- Personal Belongings: The museum does not provide a cloakroom. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.

- Workshops: Perfume-creation workshops have specific age requirements. The apprentice perfumer workshop is available from age 12, while the mini workshop is available from age 8 with an accompanying adult.
