- Ferry schedules may change because of weather, sea conditions, port restrictions or operational reasons.

Terms & Conditions
- Ferry tickets are issued in the passenger's name and normally include the passenger's full name, gender, nationality and date of birth. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all details are correct.
- Passengers should arrive at the port in sufficient time for boarding and must follow the instructions of port and ferry staff.
- Passengers must present their ticket/boarding pass when requested and may be required to provide supporting documents for discounted fares.
- Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the operator and season. For SEAJETS, cancellations up to 14 days before departure receive a 100% refund; up to 7 days receive 75%; up to 12 hours receive 50%; and cancellations less than 12 hours before departure receive no refund.
- For Blue Star Ferries' Cyclades routes during the 2026 high season (28 May–13 September), cancellations up to 14 days before departure are without charge; up to 7 days receive a 75% refund; up to 12 hours receive 50%; and at departure a 50% refund applies. After departure, tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Tickets may, subject to the operator's rules, be converted to an open-date ticket or changed to another departure before the applicable deadline.
- After departure, tickets generally cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled.
- Ferry schedules may change or sailings may be cancelled because of adverse weather, port-authority instructions, government restrictions or force majeure. Operators may reschedule vessels where necessary.
- If a sailing is cancelled because of extreme weather or similar circumstances, passengers should contact the operator or port agency for information about the replacement departure. Refund/change arrangements depend on the operator's applicable conditions.
- Luggage must be placed in the designated areas and passengers should follow crew instructions. Blue Star Ferries states that passengers may carry luggage up to 50 kg or 1 m³ free of charge, subject to its conditions.
- Lost tickets generally require the passenger to purchase a new ticket and submit a written declaration of loss; replacement arrangements depend on the operator.
Cancellation Policy
Acropolis tickets are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or have their details modified once the transaction has been completed. The selected entry time may be changed up to 120 minutes before the scheduled visit. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are non-refundable. If the Acropolis is closed due to force majeure, the ticket validity may be extended or the ticket price may be refunded in accordance with the official Hellenic Heritage terms and conditions.
