- Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific ticket, pass, package or experience purchased.
- If Dreamworld or a particular attraction is closed or an experience is cancelled by the operator, refund or alternative arrangements will be handled according to the applicable ticketing conditions.
- Late arrival or failure to attend may result in loss of the booking without refund, subject to the ticket terms.
- If Dreamworld is included in an organised Gold Coast sightseeing package, the tour operator's cancellation and refund policy will apply.
