  2. Luggage: Large bags, suitcases, and containers exceeding 55 × 40 × 25 cm are not permitted inside the Parks. Luggage storage facilities are available outside the Parks.
  3. Dress Code: Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times. Costumes and face coverings are subject to Disneyland Paris rules and safety requirements.
  4. Children: Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult aged 15 or above. Certain attractions may have specific age and height requirements.
  5. Animals: Only assistance/guide dogs and eligible emotional-support animals are permitted, subject to Disneyland Paris conditions and attraction restrictions.
  6. Tickets: Visitors must use valid tickets according to their terms and conditions. Tickets must not be purchased from unauthorised sellers.
  7. Safety & Behaviour: Visitors must follow safety instructions, behave respectfully, keep the Parks clean, and avoid prohibited behaviour such as violence, theft, reckless running, or disruptive conduct.
  8. Smoking: Smoking and electronic cigarettes are permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas.
  9. Attraction Restrictions: Certain attractions may have health, height, size, mobility, pregnancy, or photo-sensitivity restrictions. Visitors should check the safety requirements before participating.
  10. Closures: Attractions, shows, parades, restaurants, shops, or other facilities may open late or close without prior notice due to weather, safety, operational reasons, or other circumstances.
  11. Photography & Commercial Use: Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use, subject to park rules. Commercial photography, filming, or recording requires prior written authorisation.
  12. Commercial Activities: Selling goods or services, distributing promotional materials, or reselling tickets without authorisation is prohibited inside the Parks.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Booking & Tickets: Entry to Disneyland Paris is subject to a valid ticket and the applicable booking terms. Guests must follow the conditions stated on their ticket and booking confirmation.
  2. Park Access: Entry is subject to security checks, capacity limitations, and Disneyland Paris Park Rules. Admission may be refused where the official rules are not followed.
  3. Attractions & Entertainment: Attractions, shows, parades, restaurants, shops, and other facilities are subject to availability and may be modified, delayed, or closed without prior notice.
  4. Health & Safety: Guests are responsible for checking attraction restrictions relating to height, age, health, pregnancy, disability, mobility, and other safety requirements before participating.
  5. Prohibited Items: Hazardous substances, weapons, glass bottles, drones, oversized luggage, and other prohibited items are not permitted inside the Parks.
  6. Children: Children must comply with Disneyland Paris supervision and attraction-access requirements. Parents or guardians remain responsible for minors during the visit.
  7. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Disneyland Paris is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage except where required by applicable law.
  8. Photography: Photos and videos taken inside the Parks are generally for personal use. Commercial photography, filming, or recording requires prior written permission.
  9. Visitor Conduct: Guests must follow the instructions of Disneyland Paris Cast Members and maintain appropriate behaviour throughout their visit.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Dated Park Tickets: Dated 1–4 day tickets can generally be cancelled and refunded up to 3 days before the selected visit date, subject to the ticket conditions.
  2. Basic Dated Tickets: Basic dated tickets are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable where these conditions apply.
  3. Undated Tickets: Undated tickets are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable and are valid for the period specified by Disneyland Paris.
  4. Date Changes: To change the date of a dated ticket, the existing ticket generally needs to be cancelled and a new ticket purchased, subject to availability and the applicable price.
  5. Hotel + Ticket Packages: Cancellation charges for packages depend on the type of booking and how far in advance the cancellation is made. Different conditions may apply to bookings made through a travel agent.
  6. Travel Agency Bookings: If the Disneyland Paris booking is made through a travel agent, cancellation requests may need to be made through the same travel agent, according to the applicable booking conditions.
  7. Refunds: Where a refund is applicable, Disneyland Paris generally processes it through the same payment method used for the booking.
  8. Important: Cancellation and refund conditions may vary according to the ticket type, package, booking date, and applicable terms. Guests should check their booking confirmation before requesting cancellation.
