Terms & Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: The visit is confirmed once the required payment or reservation has been completed. A booking confirmation/voucher may be issued.
- Visit Timing: Guests should arrive at the designated meeting point on time and follow the schedule provided with their tour.
- Duration: The duration of the visit or demonstration may vary depending on the selected tour, group size and operating conditions.
- Demonstrations: Cheese-making and traditional Dutch clog-making demonstrations are subject to availability and operating hours.
- Opening Hours: Opening hours may vary seasonally and during public holidays. Visitors should check the current operating schedule before travelling.
- Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific tour operator and booking type. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point or missing the scheduled visit may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Operator: If the visit is cancelled because of operational, safety or other unforeseen circumstances, an alternative arrangement or refund may be offered according to the applicable booking conditions.
- Changes to Programme: Demonstrations, timings or facilities may change due to operational requirements, maintenance, local events, weather or other circumstances beyond the operator's control.
- Weather: Outdoor portions of the visit may be affected by adverse weather conditions.
- Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
- Children: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
