  4. Visitors must remain on designated walking tracks, trails and approved visitor areas.
  5. Guests must not enter closed, restricted or hazardous areas.
  6. Visitors should exercise caution around steep slopes, uneven ground, loose rocks and exposed viewpoints.
  7. Visitors must not cross safety barriers or approach unprotected cliff edges.
  8. Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
  9. Suitable walking footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, drinking water and sun protection are recommended.
  10. Weather conditions can change quickly at higher elevations; visitors should be prepared for wind, rain, snow, cold temperatures and reduced visibility.
  11. Visitors must not damage, remove or interfere with vegetation, rocks, wildlife, trails or other natural features.
  12. Visitors must not feed, chase, touch or deliberately disturb wildlife.
  13. Littering, vandalism and pollution are prohibited.
  14. Photography for personal use is generally permitted, subject to activity and site-specific restrictions.
  15. Commercial photography, professional filming or organised photo shoots may require prior permission.
  16. Activities such as the Skyline Luge, Zipline, mountain biking and guided experiences may have separate age, height, weight, health and safety requirements.
  17. Gondola services and outdoor activities may be delayed, modified, suspended or cancelled because of weather, wind, snow, maintenance, track conditions or safety requirements.
  18. Walking trails and recreational areas may be temporarily closed because of weather, maintenance, conservation work or safety concerns.
  19. Visitors must comply with all warning signs, closure notices and emergency instructions.
  20. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
  21. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific tour, Gondola ticket or activity booked.
  22. If a booked activity is cancelled or modified because of weather, access restrictions or safety requirements, refund or alternative arrangements will be handled according to the applicable operator's terms.
  23. Late arrival or failure to join a booked activity or transport service may result in loss of the booking without refund, subject to the provider's conditions.
  24. If Bob’s Peak is included in an organised Queenstown sightseeing package, the tour operator's cancellation and refund policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy

Bob’s Peak is a scenic mountain destination accessed primarily via the Skyline Queenstown Gondola. General sightseeing at the peak does not have a separate attraction-specific cancellation policy. If access to Bob’s Peak is booked through the Skyline Gondola, guided tour, excursion, or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.

If access is affected by adverse weather, operational issues, or safety conditions, alternative arrangements or a refund may be offered according to the applicable operator’s policy.
