  3. Tour Itinerary: The itinerary may be modified due to traffic, road conditions, weather, local events, road closures or other circumstances beyond the operator's control.
  4. Duration: The stated tour duration is approximate and may vary depending on traffic and operational conditions.
  5. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation charges depend on the booking conditions and cancellation deadline applicable to the selected tour. Where the booking is marked non-refundable, no refund will be provided.
  6. No-Show: Failure to arrive at the meeting point on time or missing the departure will generally be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
  7. Cancellation by Operator: If the tour is cancelled by the operator for operational or safety reasons, customers may be offered an alternative date or a refund, subject to the applicable booking conditions.

Cancellation Policy
