Activity Overview

  • Bird Paradise is Asia's largest bird park, located within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Opened in 2023 as the successor to the former Jurong Bird Park, the attraction spans 17 hectares and is home to more than 3,500 birds representing over 400 species from around the world.
  • Designed to provide an immersive wildlife experience, Bird Paradise features eight expansive walk-through aviaries, each inspired by a different global habitat. Visitors can explore lush tropical rainforests, African forests, Australian landscapes, wetlands, and South American ecosystems while observing birds flying freely in naturalistic environments. The park emphasizes conservation, education, and close-up encounters with some of the world's rarest and most colorful bird species.
  • One of the park's most popular attractions is Penguin Cove, one of the world's largest sub-Antarctic penguin habitats, where guests can watch king, gentoo, and northern rockhopper penguins both underwater and on land. Other highlights include daily bird presentations, feeding sessions, interactive animal encounters, and family-friendly play areas such as Egg Splash and Treetop Play.
  • Bird Paradise is a perfect destination for families, photographers, bird enthusiasts, and nature lovers. A typical visit lasts 3 to 5 hours, allowing guests to explore the themed aviaries, attend bird shows, participate in feeding experiences, and learn about global bird conservation through engaging exhibits and educational programs.
