  7. Accessibility is limited in certain areas due to the Atomium’s unique structure.
  8. The Atomium may restrict access or close areas temporarily for safety, maintenance or exceptional circumstances.
  9. Visitors who do not follow the rules may be refused entry or asked to leave without compensation.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Valid Ticket Required: Visitors must hold a valid ticket to enter the Atomium. Each ticket allows one entry only and must be retained throughout the visit.
  2. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date and period stated on the ticket. Tickets cannot normally be returned, resold, exchanged or refunded.
  3. Opening Hours: The Atomium may change its opening hours or restrict access due to exceptional circumstances, adverse weather, public-authority decisions or force majeure.
  4. Security Checks: Visitors must comply with security checks and may be required to open bags or present their belongings for inspection. Refusal may result in denied entry or removal.
  5. Visitor Conduct: Visitors must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions. Running, climbing, blocking passages, demonstrations, graffiti, littering and other disruptive activities are prohibited.
  6. Prohibited Items & Activities: Smoking, consuming food or drinks outside designated areas, bringing animals except guide dogs, and entering restricted areas are prohibited.
  7. Children & Dependent Visitors: Children under 16 and dependent persons must be accompanied by an adult.
  8. Accessibility & Safety: Due to the building's structure, certain areas may have stairs and limited accessibility. Visitors should follow all safety instructions and consider any relevant health or mobility limitations.
  9. Refusal of Entry: The Atomium may refuse entry or remove visitors whose behaviour, clothing, or actions may disturb other visitors or compromise safety.
  10. Force Majeure: The Atomium is not responsible for disruption, partial closure or changes to the visit caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  11. Photography & Filming: Visitors may be photographed or filmed during their visit for Atomium communication and promotional purposes. Visitors who do not wish to appear should inform Atomium staff or the relevant photographer/videographer.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned, resold, refunded, or exchanged.
  2. Tickets are valid only for the date/period indicated on the ticket.
  3. Lost or stolen tickets are not refunded.
  4. In cases of force majeure where access to the Atomium or part of it is restricted for more than 4 consecutive hours, a refund may apply only to the portion of the visit affected by the restriction.
  5. If the restriction is caused by a decision of public authorities, refund requests are not accepted.
  6. For guided tours, the full guide fee is charged for a no-show, a delay of more than 30 minutes, or cancellation less than 5 working days before the tour.
