Cancellation Policy
  1. Most standard tickets are non-refundable once booking is completed.
  2. Tickets are generally non-cancellable and cannot be changed or rescheduled after purchase (especially for same-day or fixed-date bookings).
  3. If cancellation is allowed, it is usually only valid if done at least 1 day (24 hours) before the visit date, depending on the booking platform.
  4. No refund is given for no-shows or unused tickets on the visit date.
  5. To change the date/time, many platforms require you to cancel and rebook instead of modifying the ticket.
  6. Refunds (if eligible) are processed by the booking platform and may take several business days to complete after approval.
