  1. Valid Ticket: Passengers must have a valid Canal Cruise Ticket or other authorized ticket to board the cruise.
  2. Ticket Validity: The I amsterdam Canal Cruise Ticket is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and provides one regular canal cruise of at least one hour with a participating operator.
  3. Participating Operators: The ticket may be used with participating canal cruise companies, subject to the applicable conditions and availability.
  4. Departure: Passengers must check the departure times and boarding location of the selected operator before travelling. Departure times may vary between operators.
  5. Boarding: Passengers must present or scan their valid ticket at the designated departure point before boarding.
  6. Cruise Duration: Regular canal cruises have a minimum duration of one hour, although the exact duration may vary depending on the operator and cruise selected.
  7. Availability: Boarding is subject to available capacity and the operating schedule of the selected cruise company.
  8. Weather & Operational Changes: Cruise routes, departure times or operations may be changed or suspended due to weather, safety, navigation conditions, maintenance or other circumstances.
  9. Food & Drinks: Bringing personal food and drinks is generally not permitted on most canal cruises, although refreshments may be available for purchase onboard.

Cancellation Policy
Amsterdam Canal Cruise bookings for 1–9 persons can be cancelled at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. For groups of 10 or more, cancellations made at least 7 days before departure receive a full refund, cancellations made 3–6 days before departure receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are non-refundable. Third-party bookings are subject to the cancellation conditions of the booking provider.
